Header search trigger + global hotkey. Typing a question surfaces a
'Preguntar' item that lands in Asistente via the same auto-send flow
as the Inicio ask box. Also installs hover-card and calendar for the
remaining Phase 3 work.

- PageHeader + StatTile standardize the four header and three stat-tile
variants found in the audit; Inicio and Salarios migrated as proof.
- chart tokens replaced with a teal-anchored categorical scale, CVD-
ordered and validated (six checks, light + dark surfaces).
- Registry adds: empty, field, item, spinner, progress, toggle-group,
input-group, popover, kbd (+ toggle dep).

- ui/chart.tsx: recharts 3 stopped exposing tooltip/legend content props
on its public types; declare the ChartPayloadItem shape we consume
- base-ui Select onValueChange passes string|null: guard null in
BillingCycleSelector, PasteImportModal, TransactionModal
- type the untyped api.get calls (cycles, categories)
- push-notifications: back the VAPID key with an explicit ArrayBuffer
so it satisfies BufferSource under TS 5.9
Unblocks gating CI on pnpm typecheck.

Tailwind variants like data-horizontal and group-data-horizontal
never match the data-orientation=horizontal attribute Base UI
emits, so the flex layout collapsed and TabsList stretched
vertically. Switch to data-[orientation=...] selectors that
actually fire.

Replaces the blank flash on the budget detail tab with skeleton
placeholders that mirror the final card layout, so the page no

Replace custom markup across all pages and components with shadcn/ui
primitives (Dialog, Sheet, Select, Card, Tabs, etc.). Add reusable
DataTable component powered by @tanstack/react-table with sortable
column headers and client-side pagination. Introduce TransactionList
with responsive mobile cards and desktop DataTable, dashboard section
customization (DashboardSection, SectionConfigDialog), and settings
API types.

Install shadcn/ui with base-nova style, tailwind-merge, tw-animate-css,
and font packages. Add oklch-based light/dark theme in index.css and
17 base UI components (button, card, dialog, table, tabs, etc.) plus
shared lib utilities (format, colors, cn) and useSettings hook.
